Your Personal Brand – Define It, Market It and Know How to Negotiate With It

Do you feel that others don’t have a clear understanding of who you are, what your value proposition is, and what you offer to a potential employer?  Do you stumble over your elevator speech or have trouble writing your career summary on your resume because you have trouble defining your skills, experience, and overall persona?  Do you feel intimidated when talking to others about yourself because you feel like you are bragging?  Do you know what you are worth in terms of compensation when negotiating with a hiring company?

This presentation will assist you in crafting your brand, your image, your logo.  We will also discuss how to take that personal brand and market it effectively to others – not only potential employers but also your advocates, friends, family, and former colleagues.  Lastly we will explore what you should be asking for beyond base salary and bonus when negotiating a compensation package.
