Now that the New Year is here, we have to acknowledge that there is and will continue to be a lot of uncertainty in 2023, both in our personal and professional lives.
Dynamic leaders need to navigate this fluid environment and not only be resourceful but resilient if they want to succeed.
To do this, leaders should carve out time each week and ponder these four questions:
What should I continue doing?
What should I stop doing?
What should I start doing?
And the most important one – How am I going to grow this week?
By doing this every week, leaders can identify patterns in their behaviors that are helping them move forward as well as those behaviors that are blocking their progress.
