Save the date for Women in Leadership Nexus’ next pop-up training, “Negotiate Like a Pro,” taking place October 23 from 8-11 am. Facilitator Beth Carter will lead this training, focusing on how to master your negotiation style and identify your true value. Although we have been negotiating for most of our lives, most have difficulties when the stakes are higher. It is one thing to ask for something small but when faced with a major contract negotiation or an increase in salary or a promotion, many feel a variety of emotions including fear that hinder them from getting what they truly want… and deserve.
