The Hartford Club is an elegant setting to engage in a dynamic discussion with a panel of Bryant alumni and moderated by Professor Michael Roberto, a published author and an energetic orator. Panelists will share views on topics such as: What common pitfalls have you seen rising stars in your organization encounter when they began to assume increased leadership responsibilities? How is the role of a leader changing in the world today given the turbulent economy? What new responsibilities will leaders have to take on? What steps can be taken to prepare for advancing to higher leadership positions?
