This presentation will explore how to go a step deeper in developing new ideas and thoughts resulting in greater fulfillment and happiness – both personally as well as professionally. By using a non-traditional approach, your mind will open up to new possibilities.

E. Elizabeth “Beth” Carter is President of Carter Consultants Ltd., an executive search firm she founded in 1991. She also recently launched Beth Carter Enterprises, a thriving business that encompasses executive and group coaching, seminars, and the DISC behavioral assessment. She serves as a “thought partner” for executives and middle managers of small and Fortune 500 companies and business owners. She has a keen ability to have these individuals reach their goals in such areas as leadership and management development, expanding marketing capabilities, and performance enhancement while motivating them to their full potential. Beth holds a MBA from Baruch College and graduated cum laude from Bryant University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), author, speaker, and presenter as well as an instructor in the Executive Development Center at Bryant University.
